GAIA Island of Dogs Bali is operated by Yayasan Gaia Tanah Satwa, a registered Indonesian foundation based at H54G+CW7, Jl. Raya Marga-Apuan, Petiga, Kec.   • Adoption and foster applications — information you provide in application forms, including your living situation, experience with animals, and identification documents.
  • Donation information — donations are processed by our third-party payment providers (Donorbox, PayPal, and BRI bank transfer). We do not store your card details; please refer to those providers' own privacy policies.
  • Communications — messages you send us via email, Instagram, or our website forms.

2. How we use your information

  • To process adoption, fostering, and volunteer applications.
  • To acknowledge and administer donations and sponsorships.
  • To respond to your enquiries and arrange visits.
  • To send occasional updates about our dogs and rescue work, where you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet our legal and accounting obligations as a yayasan.

3. Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example donation processors such as Donorbox and PayPal), or where required by law.
